PRIVACY AND INFORMATION POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13/13-4 OF THE EUROPEAN DATA PROCESSING REGULATION N.679/2016 (GDPR)

This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

This is an information note which is also made pursuant to art.13 of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) to those who interact with the pages of the site from the 'address :

corresponding to the start pages of the company's official websites.

The information is provided only for the sites mentioned above and not for other websites which may be consulted by the user via links from them.

The information for the collection of personal data online, illustrates, for a principle of transparency, the modalities, the calendar and the nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, whatever be the purpose of the connection.

DATA CONTROLLER. The data controller is PIEFFE SRL, with registered office in Turin, via E. de Sonnaz 19, info@pieffesrl.com; info@pieffefrance.fr, hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the "Data Controller", which processes the same data, as well as for the purpose of optimizing the use of the site, for its statutory and institutional purposes.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA COLLECTED. User Data is collected to enable the Data Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes:

• Monitoring of visits;

• Response to information;

• Access to information documentation;

• Subscription to informative newsletters and events.

TYPES OF DATA. The types of personal data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

LEGAL BASIS. The legal bases for processing are the need to respond to requests from the data subject, to provide the data subject with the requested services and the legitimate interest of the controller.

COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE PROVISION OF DATA. Please note that, given the purposes of the processing as explained above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may result in the impossibility of responding to the requests made or being able to use the services.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the letter.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. Personal data is processed with manual, computer and automated systems for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected. The controller has adopted specific security measures to ensure the processing of data in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular with regard to the prevention of the loss of such data, the illegal or incorrect use or unauthorized access to databases. Personal data is processed by personnel inside or outside Pieffe srl in charge of the processing in relation to the purposes specified above, including ETINET Srl which processes the data in order to better manage the Site with computerized means.

The personal data collected on the Site is not subject to any disclosure, will not be sold or transferred to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (For Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali: www.garanteprivacy.it).

RIGHTS OF PERSONS CONCERNED. They may, at any time, exercise the rights of access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of treatment, opposition, portability of art. 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 by sending a request by e-mail to privacy@pieffepur.it.

RIGHT OF OBJECTION. You may, at any time, exercise the right to object, for reasons relating to the particular situation of the Data Subject, to the processing of personal data concerning you, in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) GDPR. With regard to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him carried out for such purposes, including profiling insofar as it is linked to such direct marketing by sending a request by e-mail to privacy@pieffepur.it.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@pieffepur.it; the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING. Processing does not involve automated decision-making.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION. The controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
